For the Annual General Meeting, doors will open at 9:30am and the meeting will be called to order at 10am. We will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional Directors. If you wish to let your name stand for a position on the Board, please email calgary-elbow@unitedconservative.ca.

You must be an active UCP member of the Calgary-Elbow constituency at least 21 days prior to the meeting in order to vote. Cut-off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote was October 5, 2024.

Please bring government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a driver's license with your current address.

Following the AGM, there will be a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors.
